Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup cooked cracked freekeh
½ cup sugar
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups grated carrots
1 cup raisins
3 grated medium apples
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped almond
6 eggs
1 cup canola oil
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla

Directions
Mix well. Bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes
