Kugel (Parve)

Ingredients
Perfect dish for a sweet afternoon snack or a side dish on Shabbat and Yom Tov. Freekehlicious is certified Kosher, parve.

Makes 6 servings

• 2 cups cooked wholegrain freekeh

• 6 eggs,beaten

• 1/2 cup raisins

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup organic sugar

• 2 tbs cinnamon

• 4 tablespoons butter
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking dish.

2. Beat eggs add to cooked freekeh

3. Stir in raisins, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Transfer mixture to dish.

4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
