Wholegrain Pudding


1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup almost cooked whole grain freekeh
2 1/2 cups almond milk or regular milk
2 eggs
2 tbs honey
1tsp vanilla
cinnamon to sprinkle on top
Preheat oven 350 F

Cook wholegrain freekeh for only 15 minutes or use your leftovers.

Melt coconut oil in baking dish

Beat milk, eggs, vanilla and honey for 2 minutes. Add freekeh to mixture and put into baking dish.

Sprinkle with cinnamon

Bake for 1 hour
